Production Operations Manager
Requirements:

Profile:
We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in managerial roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a highly automated and modern organization in the metalworking or similar industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, organizational structure, and methodologies related to production planning.
They should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and deductive reasoning.
Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and empathy are essential.
Job Description: Initially, the successful candidate will support the Production Manager in their daily tasks and will be responsible for
- Planning daily and weekly production activities based on current orders, coordinating and managing the corresponding departments and human resources.
- Optimizing and improving productivity, both in terms of quantity and quality.
- Controlling raw material inventory levels and optimizing stock.
- Monitoring production progress, collaborating with the sales department and technical office to ensure quality and meet deadlines.
- Analyzing and monitoring production KPIs.
- Setting up equipment and workstations for new processes.
- Ensuring that routine inspections are carried out to guarantee product quality.
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements:
- High school technical diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of English language
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Production machinary tuning and setting capability
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Management capability of maintenance planning software
- Capability of automatic machines software and hardware management
- Effective problem-solving abilities
Experience: it is mandatory a good experience level in similar job area
Contract of employment: Full time, from Monday to Friday

Operator on authomatic assembly and control test machines
Requirements:
- High school technical diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Good manual and organizational skills
- Open to be assigned to different machines/processes
