Rossella Mattiazzi takes care of the customers, she is often the first contact with the company, collecting their needs regarding orders and deliveries.

"I have been in ICEL for almost 35 years, when I arrived I was very young, like the management at the time. We can really say that we grew up together," says Rossella.
"Even with colleagues, we have always created a pleasant environment in which we work helping each other".
The contact with the customers
"When I started working here, my main tasks were answering the phone and managing orders. Of course, my professionalism has grown over time and I can proudly say that today I represent the reference in the company for many customers who email us or call to have news about their orders or deliveries.
Sometimes I also collect new requests, of course, I represent just the first approach: the human interface, available and always present, on which the customer can count at all times."
An adjective for ICEL
When we ask Rossella how she would describe ICEL she does not hesitate and chooses, immediately, two adjectives: "Solid and reliable. ICEL is a company you can count on because it is made up of people you can count on: on us as workers and on the owners, always present and involved in management and operations".
