ICEL tells itself (through the human resources manager’s eyes)

Federica Mele has been at ICEL since 2014, and has been in charge of human resource management ever since.

She tells us that her way of working hasn't changed over the years, but the world of work has undergone substantial changes.

THE ICEL PERSON

Our search for staff is always oriented towards people able to adapt to our structure, which is that of a family business where, given the roles of each, what is requested is a good ability to adapt, horizontal skills and the aptitude for collaborate and work as a team.

We try to bring out the added value that each resource has, but we also give importance to the ability to listen to colleagues and to cooperate, so that everyone can operate, as an individual and as a team, in the optimal way.

ICEL FOR ITS COLLABORATORS

We are focusing a lot on building a corporate welfare that provides benefits to our collaborators especially from the point of view of health, by providing them with numerous free check-ups.
And we are also very careful to offer personal training courses, also on the subject of safety.
Our goals are basically two:
- build a serene environment where everyone can work well
