Eleventh keyword of the twelve that make up the ICEL Manifesto: INVESTMENT stands for a proactive attitude with an eye always pointed forward.
To do this, the company is committed to making constant progress, both personally and economically and for the company.
INVESTMENT IN PEOPLE
At least two categories of attitude / behavior are part of this type of investment: the one oriented towards personal and professional improvement, which is expressed in the care of own skills and training and the second, that is related to the company that invests time, attention and therefore resources in its own human capital (the collaborators).
INVESTMENT IN THE RANGE
It is the corporate commitment directed, in particular, to the products (or services) that make up the range of offers to the public. The "slice" of investment, in this case, is both economic (with the purchase of new machinery for production) and strategic (with the constant provision of scouting activities).
INVESTMENT IN COMMUNICATION
A voice that a successful company must always include within its annual investment mix: external communication is essential to reinforce the brand, while internal communication is essential to keep collaborators' participation alive and stimulate their proactivity, thanks to the sharing of short and long term goals.
Success, therefore, requires constant investments, both financially and made by personal commitment.
It requires the deployment of resources that are sometimes intimidating, because without the guarantee of a profitable return, decisions appear risky.
Yet, when the investment is well thought out, it is always winning and rewarding.
So, be brave and forward-looking!
