ICEL tells itself (through the eyes of the management)

ICEL is told through those who make it, every day.
We will cross all departments of the company, exploring it with the eyes of their makers.
And as it is appropriate when you welcome a guest at the front door, this journey begins with two special hosts: Enrico and Lorenzo Mele, second and third generation of the company.
With them we are going to understand better the identity of ICEL, its evolution over time, its current pluses and future goals.

Change the supply of raw materials

Today, Enrico closely follows the production area and, for this reason, has the pulse of the market change that has occurred in recent years. 
Especially talking about the supply of raw materials, compared to some time ago, we are now in a global market, which has greater difficulty in ensuring consistency and continuity. 
This can affect the production schedule and therefore the delivery to the customer.
The flexible structure of the company intervenes, to remedy this change, maintaining a constant production thanks to a good stock of raw materials.

The plus of flexibility

The global turn of the market and the company is also told by Lorenzo, who has been able to win the trust of new customers, including foreign multinationals and markets even far away (such as Asia) thanks to competence, assistance and flexibility.
"One of our plus is that we are able to assist each customer as a unique, both in the proposal of an increasingly specialized product, including pre-series, and in the continuous and proactive assistance, even when it means intervening promptly from the beach in mid-August", adds Enrico.

The advantage of an European manufacturer

Lorenzo explains: "Today in Europe there are very few producers, but for the customer a European partner is crucial, and this is a stimulus to continuous technological progress.
We have also to the confirmation of our positioning as a proactive partner for the proposal of new capacitors suitable for new emerging needs
".

Increasingly sustainability

"Our production is also of great interest to the renewable energy sector", continues Lorenzo, "many of our customers are engaged in photovoltaics, in the production of wind and hydroelectric energy".

Goal agility

Agility and flexibility are some of the features that today allow ICEL to be the right partner for customers, and it is in this direction that the company wants to progress. Even so it will be possible to go n facing the new challenges of the market, growing in productivity and customer portfolio.
